Improve self-esteem: 10 ways to love

You were not born perfect – nobody is. But you can do something to make your life much better than what is experienced by the average person.

People who are happiest with their life are those who can learn to love just the way they are.

Here are some suggestions on how you stand on that pedestal and laugh at the negative energy.

1. Pay you a compliment
Give yourself a compliment at least once a day. It could be something like “I really liked how I handled the situation,” or “I like the way my hair falls softly on my face today.” The compliment can be deep or shallow. Nevertheless, it should help keep your mood, even if only slightly. Highlight the positive side of every situation you encounter. If you practice this often, you’re on your way to love yourself much better.

2. Turn you
Grab your closest friend and be careful. Put on your best clothes, apply makeup and style your hair lighter (not necessarily by a professional), then take a camera and try to take pictures and funny funny one another. Once you’ve had the photos printed, discard those that make you look drab and keep only the photos you look ravishing. Whenever you feel depressed, you can just look at these pictures to remind you that you are beautiful and that your life is fun.

3. Get fitness
You do not need to reach a similar to the physical model. Simple daily exercises to stimulate your blood circulation in the morning. You will feel better, your mood will be more positive and more enjoyable with other people. If you give positive energy, more beautiful you become – the more people will be inclined to go to the positive atmosphere, too.

4. Change Body Image
If there is something in your body you do not like, discover what causes you to smile with a satisfied air. Chances are, the reasons are very shallow and superficial. Achieving this will help you achieve better self-image and you learn to appreciate more.

5. Treat yourself
Set aside time once a week to do something just for you. It could be anything to watch a movie with lousy walk your dog in the park. As long as there is time for you to do what you want.

6. Wear nice underwear
This seems silly but it works! Wear a really cute pants you really feel better and more confident to face the others. Do not believe it? Try it!

7. List your strengths
Without looking in the mirror, make a list of all the things you enjoy and love your body – things like, “I have beautiful hair” or “I have beautiful teeth.” Keep this list in your wallet or anywhere you can see it and every time when you feel terrible, just take the list and read it yourself.

8. Travel a little
Ask some of your best friends for a day out of town with you. Take a delicious snack and spend the day fishing or hiking or whatever suits your interests. A day in the fresh air is surely going to increase your energy and feel good about yourself.

9. Get away from people who you down
You know those kinds of people. They simply can not stand the fact that you are with your life and will always seek to dampen your mood. Avoid them at all costs, because they never make you feel good about yourself.

10. Do a good deed
Do something nice for someone else. You will find that things like volunteer at a homeless shelter or even a simple thing like helping someone who is lost by giving appropriate directions, you will feel good for the rest of the day. You will do something worthwhile and when you see how some people are worse off, you will begin to enjoy your life more and be grateful for what you have
